Your name and address and order details are obtained when you are passed to the secure server. The details are emailed to Model Art Books and enable us to fulfil your order. The details will not be passed to a third party.

Credit Card details are only used securely by Paypal to obtain payment. Model Art Books does not receive any of the information on your credit card.

Cookies and Javascript are used solely to allow information to be passed from one page to another during the secure phase of entering your address and credit card details. Model Art Books does not obtain any information via cookies which expire at the close of your session.

Ordering sequence When you click on an Add To Basket button you are passed to the Paypal Shopping Trolley on their secure server.

You will be shown the goods in your basket, the price plus postage and will be given the chance to increase/decrease the quantity of each item or cancel an item or the whole purchase.

You will also have the chance to Continue shopping which will bring you back to the catalogue page. (if you have Tabs set in your browser you may simply need to close the View Basket window)

Once you are happy with the View of your basket and Proceed to Checkout you will move to the Address and Credit Card pages. (If you have a Paypal account you will only be asked to confirm your address)

There will be a chance to review your order, the delivery and billing addresses before you Pay for the items.

You will be shown web pages acknowledging that the order has been processed and sent.

Model Art Books will receive an email from Paypal giving the order details you approved and your delivery address. Goods are normally in stock and will be despatched straight away. In the event of a problem we will use the contact information you have given us so that between us we can reach a solution.
